On the 13th of March 2023, the Commonwealth Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm. The theme for this year was “Forging a Sustainable and Peaceful Common Future,” a powerful message that resonates with the values and aspirations of the Commonwealth Nations.
The Commonwealth Games Association Mauritius marked this important day with a vibrant celebration at its headquarters in Trianon on Saturday, March 11, 2023. The event was a vibrant showcase of activities that reflected the spirit of the Commonwealth and the values it upholds. The activities organised, consisted of initiation to various sports disciplines including Basketball, Wrestling, Air Badminton, Archery as well as painting and quiz sessions.
