Mauritian weightlifting will have a fifth representative at the Commonwealth Games (July 28-August) in Birmingham, England. Alison Sunee received an invitation from the Commonwealth Games Federation. It is the second invitation allocated to the discipline after that of Jonathan Coret. Roilya Ranaivosoa, Cédric Coret and Ketty Lent have also qualified for this British sporting event.
